Assist America serves 40 million members across Asia, the Middle East, and North America, primarily through insurance company benefit plans. The acquisition is expected to boost IMG’s medical and travel assistance revenue, expand its U.S. presence, and extend coverage in Asia and the Middle East. IMG already offers international medical, travel insurance, and 24/7 emergency assistance to travelers, students, and other groups abroad.
